The Engineer – provides onsite technical support to all aspects of the construction project including designing, planning and supervision in accordance with projects plans, specifications, and applicable safety regulations. As part of RPC’s commitment to delivering client expectations, our RPC Engineers closely monitor and inspect all features impacting performance including materials, equipment and labor.
Field Superintendent (FS) – Our designated liaison for day-to-day onsite operations on construction site to ensure the project completes on time, on budget, and on par with RPC’s established quality standards. The Field Superintendent supervises and coordinates the work of other construction staff and subcontractors, monitoring the project’s progress, and troubleshooting problems that arise. In this role the FS maintains required construction site safety protocols and procedures for all assigned work – maintaining records of all construction activities, materials, and labor hours for proper tracking and accounting.
Project Manager – All RPC projects maintain keen focus on the client’s desired goal. To achieve this, our PMs are tasked with identifying, documenting, and tracking established project objectives and milestones. This includes maintaining ongoing communication flow between all essential parties from assigned subcontractors, vendors and internal work teams to client stakeholders. Our Project Managers are responsible for monitoring defined budgets, materials, timeline requirements and mitigating potential risks from inevitable material shortages to scope creep. Based on the project, our assigned PM will leverage our proprietary quality management tools and resources to ensure projects conform to RPC’s established quality and efficiency guidelines.
Business & Contracts Manager (BCM) – Provides detailed and complete accounting of all critical components within assigned projects to ensure fully transparent, timely and complete deliverables – from standard & adhoc status reports, estimates, contracts, proposals and invoices. Our BCM addresses all service inquiries or concerns along all phases of project from pre-planning to questions, service issues or concerns. This ensures all required paperwork is successfully documented and properly filed for an accurate and consistent record of entire project from start to finish.
